Facade Work Wrapping Up at 310 East 86th Street
General contractor, , has almost finished the facade installation process for a 21-story mixed-use tower development, going up at 310 East 86th Street in Manhattan's Yorkville neighborhood (Upper East Side).
Developed by and to be known as "The Harper", the building will contain residential condo units, offered in two, three, and four-bedroom configurations.
In addition to residences, it will feature square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a communal lounge, a children's playroom, an art room, a music center, and a game lounge.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Interior finishing is currently ongoing, and construction is expected to finish by December of this year.
