Facade Work Wraps Up for NOVA in LIC
General contractor, , has fully installed all facade materials on a new, 24-story condo tower, located at 41-05 29th Street in Long Island City, Queens.
Developed by , the building will be branded as "NOVA". It will contain condo units as well as square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor. Units will be offered in studio and one to three-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a children’s playroom, a package room, a pet facility, bicycle storage, and a roof deck.
Designed by , the topped out structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Interior finishing is still ongoing at this time, but construction is expected to finish within the next few months.
