Feathers Bilingual Academy Applies To Open At Waypoint at Fairlington
A new bilingual daycare center called Feathers Bilingual Academy has submitted an application to open at The Waypoint at Fairlington.
The application said the center focuses on early education for children ages 16 months to 5 years old, and will have a capacity for 52 children with approximately eight teachers.
The development will offer households earning between 3% (18646) and 60% ($37291) of the Area Median Income (AMI), a safe and affordable place to live.
