Fellsway Innovation Center Under Review
An Acton-based firm is planning an industrial project at 48-64 Commercial Street in Medford. The applicant seeks to demolish the existing structure and construct a new two-story research and testing laboratory building with a total of 97,857 sf on a 193,437 sf lot in the Industrial (I) zoning district. There will be 214 parking spaces, of which 8 will be for electric vehicle charging, and 4 loading spaces.
