Final Plans Approved for 300+ Unit Hanover Everett Project
The Everett Planning Board has approved the final plans for Hanover Company's 2nd & Vine project at 337 Second Street. The 6-story mixed-use project is set to feature 340 units, a mix of 1 & 2 beds, with 4,000+ square feet of retail space. Plans show amenity spaces offered will include a courtyard with pool, and a dog park.
