Firm Inks 400K+ SF at One Congress, Now 100% Leased
Healthcare data management firm InterSystems Corporation signed a lease at One Congress in Downtown Boston for 420,000 SF of floorspace. The firm is relocating their corporate headquarters from Cambridge to the tower, now fully leased out. One Congress, part of the larger Bulfinch Crossing construction project, will feature more than a million square feet of class-A office space across 43 stories when complete in 2023.
