Fit-Out Permit Pulled for 10th Floor at 200 Mass Ave.
James G. Davis Construction has pulled a permit for the office fit-out to the 10th floor at 200 Mass. Ave. NW within Capitol Crossing. The project includes new partitions, furniture, and MEP's to nearly 20,000 square feet of space. 200 Mass offers amenities including a fitness center, conference room, and DC’s largest private glass-enclosed entertainment rooftop.
