Fit-Out Underway for Discovery Life Sciences in Malden
A permit valued at just over $4M has been pulled for the tenant fit-out of Discovery Life Sciences at Exchange 200 in Malden. The biospecimen inventory and procurement network will occupy roughly 14,000 square feet of space on the 4th floor of the building with 60% of the space utilized as lab and 40% office.
