Former Condo Development Site Purchased by White Plains Hospital
77 West Post Road was supposed to be the site of a mixed-use residential building coined "The Boulevard." However, despite approval from the city and pulling a development team together, the project never broke ground. Now, White Plains Hospital is giving new life to the site. The hospital bought the site for $38 million dollars, adding it to its ever-expanding campus in Downtown White Plains.
