Foundation Construction Resumes on Somerville Ave Lab Project
Foundation construction has resumed on 599 Somerville Avenue as
drives foundation piles into the project site. Plans call for a 3-story, LEED Gold commercial building featuring 
gross square feet. The building will have 33 below-grade parking spaces, 10 covered long-term secured bicycle parking spaces, and approximately 6 short-term bicycle parking spaces.
