Foundation Construction Underway on Alta River's Edge in Wayland
Foundation construction is underway on Alta River's Edge in Wayland as crews prepare for foundation construction. Plans call for 218 units featuring 25% affordable housing as a component of the 3 building complex containing over 300,000 square feet of development.
Amenities on-site will include a club room and game lounge, fitness center, pool, and outdoor fire pits.
