Foundation Work Ongoing for Bayside Doubletree Expansion
Foundation work is ongoing for the expansion of the Bayside Doubletree Hotel in Dorchester. The 70,000+ square foot extension will feature 104 guest rooms plus a 3,200 square foot dividable large ballroom, a 1,100 square foot junior ballroom, three meeting rooms. The existing lobby space within the hotel will be converted into a restaurant/bar with approximately 135 seats.
