Foundation Work Underway at 65 Franklin Street
General contractor, Noble Construction Group, and subcontractor, Linde-Griffith Construction Company, are proceeding with foundation work for a 19-story residential tower, going up at 65 Franklin Street in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood.
Developed by , the building will be known as "Tribeca Rebel". It is set to contain luxury condo units and square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a pool & sauna, a resident lounge, a storage area capable of fitting 21 bicycles, and an enclosed, automated parking garage. A number of units will also feature private terraces. 
Designed by , Tribeca Rebel will stand feet tall at bulkhead height and total square feet altogether. G4 Capital Partners has supplied $94 million in construction financing, and work is expected to finish by 2024.
