Foundation Work Underway for 11-Story Condo Project in West Village
General contractor, , is currently digging the foundation of an 11-story, residential development, set to rise at 134 Jane Street in Manhattan's West Village neighborhood.
Developed by , the building will contain just luxury condo units. Plans also call for a cellar level, an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles, and square feet of commercial space, which will likely consist of ground-floor retail.
Designed by Leroy Street Studio Architecture, with BKSK listed as the architect of record, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The lot was previously used as a parking lot and the new development should come as a nice addition to this part of the neighborhood.
