Foundation Work Underway for 7-Story Condo Project in Tribeca
General contractor, , is currently constructing the foundation of a 7-story, residential project, going up at 14 White Street in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood.
Developed by Parametric Development Group and NAVA, the building will contain condo units, ranging in size from 2-bedroom (1,200 sqft) to 4-bedroom (4,000 sqft) configurations.
Plans also call for square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor, as well as a single, enclosed parking space.
NAVA and DXA Studio collaborated on the design of the structure, and JFG Architects is listed as the architect of record. The facade will feature patinated etched bronze panels, meant to embody the character of the many cast iron buildings in the surrounding neighborhood.
Altogether, 14 White Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is expected to wrap up sometime in 2025.
