Foundation Work Underway for Phase Two at Packard Crossing
Foundation work is now underway for Phase Two of Packard Crossing in Allston. Leasing has also kicked off for the first phase of the project, along Gardner Street. Phase one includes 38 apartments. Phase two, along Brighton Avenue, will include below-grade parking for 175 cars plus 76 apartments & 3,050 square feet of retail space.
