Framing Begins at Schiller Place Apartments
GMA Construction Group has begun construction and framing the three-building developments off Schiller Street. The Bailey Edward Architecture designed 48 unit development is slated to be finished by the end of 2021 or beginning 2022. The majority of the units are dedicated to affordable housing, which is needed due to a large deficit of affordable units. Structural framing will continue for all three buildings throughout the next few weeks as the buildings slowly climb to top out.
