Framing Nearly Complete for 1st Phase of MLK Gateway
Framing is nearly complete for the first phase of the MLK Gateway project. The new building will include 20,000 square feet of office above 14,600 square feet of community-facing retail. The second phase of the project calls for another approximately 130,000 square feet mixed-use building.
