Framing Begins on Phase 1 Construction of Washington Village
is progressing on framing for the first phase of development at Washington Village in South Boston. Phase 1 of development calls for 214 residential units, 20,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 58 parking spaces. The entire project will feature 656 units in the neighborhood's emerging Andrew Square area.
