Framing Reaches Full Height for 839 Beacon Street
Framing has reached the 5th floor for the upcoming mixed-use development at 839 Beacon Street, just outside Kenmore Square. The project is set to include 45 apartments along with around 4,500 sq. ft. of ground floor retail. Apartments at 839 Beacon Street will feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, and in-unit laundry. Communal amenities will include a lounge, a meeting room, a fitness center, a dog washing station and a roof terrace featuring a kitchen facility and sweeping Boston skyline views.
