Framing Underway at The Pendry Tampa
Construction crews have begun framing of the lower floors of The Pendry. A prime parcel of real estate in downtown Tampa is the site of a luxury hotel and residential building. Pendry Tampa, rising 38-stories, will border the Hillsborough River along the Tampa Riverwalk. The 5-star hotel will include 220 rooms, along with a restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop pool fitness center and spa and 11,000 square feet of meeting space. The upper floors will feature 207 Pendry residences, ranging from one to three bedrooms. Retail space will occupy a portion of the first floor facing the river. Pendry will be the third 5-star designated residence in Tampa. Pendry Tampa is scheduled to debut in 2026.
