Framing Underway for 1250 First at Lacebark Alley
Framing and window install are underway for 1250 First as part of the Lacebark Alley development. 1250 First is set to feature just over 250,000 square feet of Class A office space complete with column-free floor plates and 9’ finished ceilings. The building will also offer indoor-outdoor penthouse amenity spaces, a catering kitchen, and a fitness center.
