GCP Acquires Wellesley Office for New Headquarters
Hastings Realty Trust sold 70 Hastings Street to GCP Hastings 1, LLC and GCP Hastings 2, LLC - subsidiaries of Grander Capital Partners - for $4,675,000.
An office building located off Route 9 in Wellesley, 70 Hastings Street features 25,000 SF of space and close access to Greater Boston's Route 128 corridor. GCP is planning to retrofit the office into Class-A office space for their new regional headquarters.
