General Contractor Chosen for Lynnway Park Redevelopment
Integrated Builders has been chosen as the general contractor for the redevelopment of Lynnway Park. A 250,000 SF industrial plant in Lynn, Lynnway Park served as the flagship Garelick Farms plant. Dean Foods, the owner of the plant, sold the property to a venture between A.W. Perry and Novaya Real Estate Ventures for $9.9 Million in January.
