Gilbane Development Company, in collaboration with Delta Housing Corporation of DC, and Dantes Partners proudly announces the completion of Delta Pearl, a high-quality market rate and workforce housing community in the heart of H Street Corridor in Washington, D.C. The extensive renovations transformed a forty-year-old, 10-story, 150-unit apartment building into 166 units of mixed market-rate and workforce housing. Half of the units are specifically reserved for individuals earning no more than 80% of the area median income.   

Delta Pearl stands as a testament to the collaborative efforts of the team, showcasing a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in affordable and mixed-income housing. This state-of-the-art development seamlessly blends cutting-edge design with sustainable practices, from energy-efficient systems to eco-friendly materials, with all units featuring new ENERGY STAR appliances and lights, WaterSense plumbing fixtures in the common areas, new flooring and modern finishes, and new cabinets and countertops.
