Grading Complete and Slabs Poured at Progress Labs
The grading has been completed and slabs poured at a 495,000 square foot. distribution, warehousing, manufacturing and life sciences development in the Progress Labs at Progress Way.
When completed, the development will spread along five new developments, six in total, along the I-270 Corridor, between NIH in Bethesda and Fort Detrick in Frederick, delivering over two million square feet of new bio manufacturing-ready space.
