Greystar Closes on Bethesda Development Site for $30.5M
Greystar has acquired the development site at 7340 Wisconsin Ave. in Bethesda for $30,500,000. The developer won approval for a 250-tall mixed-use tower on the site in March 2023. The project will include 308 units and 8,600 square feet of commercial space. The project will replace the abandoned Exxon station currently on the site.
