Ground Breaking Celebrated at 7 New York Ave in NoMa
Donohoe Construction has broken ground on 7 New York Avenue, a 14-story, 115-unit multifamily project in NoMa.
The 80,000 sq. ft building features a wide variety of units, with 66 microunits averaging 410 sq. ft., 12 units will be "urban one-bedrooms" averaging 519 square feet, 26 one-bedrooms averaging 506 sq. ft., with the 11 remaining units will be one-bedrooms with dens. The development will not include any parking.
Designed by Eric Colbert & Associates, the luxury apartment building will include a rooftop amenity space, a fitness room, bicycle storage, and tenant storage.
The project is pursuing LEED certification and is anticipated to be completed in the Fall of 2023.
