Ground Broken at NoMad Residences Wynwood
Developers Related Group, Tricap and Sydell Group have broken ground at NoMad Residences Wynwood, an upcoming 9-story mixed-use building located in the heart of the Wynwood Art District. The plans call for 329 fully finished and furnished turnkey residences in a mix of studio to two-bedroom floor plans, 26,000+ square feet of retail space, and 206 parking units. Completion of the 124-foot tall structure is expected in 2025.
