Ground Broken at St. Petersburg Townhome Community
The groundbreaking was held at a new townhome community that will add 26 townhomes to St. Petersburg’s Innovation District. Innovation Townhomes will feature townhomes in three buildings and will offer three floorplans. Each of the floorplans is named after historical figures, Benjamin Franklin, Leonardo da Vinci and Thomas Edison. The Edison is the largest of the three and includes nearly 2,499 square feet, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths along with a two-car garage. The smallest is the Franklin which is a two-bedroom two-and-a-half-bathroom unit with 1,857 square feet with a one-car garage. The da Vinci offers three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathrooms in 2,105-square feet with a two-car garage. Each townhome unit features a roof-top deck.
