Groundbreaking Celebrated at The Arlo in DC
A groundbreaking ceremony was held by Plaza Construction and Architecture Incorporated to celebrate the restoration and preservation of the oldest known surviving apartment in DC - The Harrison - build in 1882.
The plans call for the transformation of the building into The Arlo, a 12-story, 445 key luxury hotel.
The hotel will feature 2 restaurant spaces, a speakeasy in the basement, and a rooftop pool and lounge.
