Groundbreaking Kicks Off 200K SF Providence Lab Project
City and State legislators joined in a groundbreaking ceremony on the new Rhode Island Department of Public Health Laboratory in Providence, kicking off a mixed-tenant life science project.
Plans call for a 7-story level-3 lab building featuring floorspace to be tenanted by the Department of Health and Brown University. The project will also include 80,000 square-feet of sublet research floorspace for biopharmas.
