Gulf Landing Logistics Center Pre-Leasing
Pre-Leasing has begun for space at Gulf Landings Logistics Center. The logistics center is coming soon to the Naples/Fort Myers region, representing one of the largest commercial and logistics developments in Southwest Florida. Situated on 284 acres, construction on phase one of the 2.2 million-square-foot speculative industrial park started in April 2023. The current Gulf Landing Logistics Center plan includes 14 buildings of various sizes and configurations. A portion of the site plan offers flex space for light industrial and office users, while the remainder is geared toward bulk distribution, e-commerce, and other light industrial users. Build-to-suit opportunities are available. The project will be built in two phases. The first phase includes seven buildings totaling 752,000 square feet and is expected to deliver in Q4 2024.
