Highpoint Commerce Center On Track for Q4 2023 Delivery
The exterior is complete, and crews are working on the interior and site work as Highpoint Commerce Center nears completion. The 123,000-square foot Class A rear loading facility will feature 32-feet clear high, with 26 dock high doors, 2 ramp doors, approximately 1,500-square feet of office space and 17 off-dock trailer parks that will double as storage. The center will feature multiple access points and the space can be divided into tenant space of 40,720 - 122,160 square feet. Highpoint Commerce Center is located in Clearwater, seven minutes from the intersection of Ulmerton Road and I-275. Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport are both within a 25-minute drive. Delivery is expected in Q4 2023.
