Historic New Haven Apartment Building Purchased For $52.5M
New York-based Paredim Partners has acquired The Taft, a landmark mixed-use residential building in New Haven. Located near Yale University's old campus and the New Haven Green, the building has a total of 194 units and ground floor commercial space occupied by restaurant and nightlife establishments. The purchasing price was $52.5M from the former owner, The Morgan Reed Group.
