Hull St Apartments Acquired For $7 Million
Commercial and residential real estate is booming in the Manchester neighborhood with developers building new construction projects left and right. There are also buyers investing in already built properties like The Motorworks City View Apartments at 616 Hull St in Richmond, VA. The mixed-use property was recently acquired by a local investor group led by Alex Griffith from Two Creek Development for $7 Million. The Motorworks City View apartments feature 39 residential units with commercial space. Griffith doesn't plan to make many changes to the structure other than a few renovations.
