Hunneman Completes 16,373 SF Lease in Ashland, MA

Hunneman has announced the completion of a 16,373 square foot lease at 200 Homer Avenue in Ashland, MA. Hunneman’s Executive Vice President Peter Evans represented the tenant, Clock Tower Pickleball, and Vice President, Victor Galvani from SVN Parsons Commercial Group represented the Landlord.

Clock Tower Pickleball is a brand new, 4 court indoor pickleball facility in the MetroWest area. The facility will soon offer a wide range of amenities and services, including a variety of playing options, successful events, food and beverage, and expert coaching.
