Interior Finishing in Progress for 22-Story NoHo Office Tower
Interior finishing is currently well underway at 360 Bowery; a 22-story, mixed-use commercial tower, going up in Manhattan's NoHo neighborhood.
Developed by , the building will contain square feet of office space and 26,637 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar level, and square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Tenants will have access to the 360 Club amenity floor, which features a pre-function lounge, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The building will also have a 2,900-square-foot roof terrace, providing spectacular views of Lower Manhattan.
Designed by , 360 Bowery stands feet tall and totals square feet altogether. , is serving as the general contractor, and work is expected to wrap up sometime this year.
