Interior fit out underway at Sunset Lofts, opening this Summer in Mission Hill
Interior fit out is underway at Sunset Lofts, with all windows installed and exterior panelling just about complete. Interior metal framing has been installed to partition individual apartment units, which are now being plastered. Luxurious finishes including caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances and hard-surface plank flooring will soon be installed in all apartments. Sunset Lofts will feature 40 new apartments including studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms with rents starting at just under $2,000 per month. Pre-leasing of apartments at Sunset Lofts will commence in April. The following are photographs of Sunset Lofts:
