Invesco Refinances Cambridge Properties for $70.18 Million
Invesco Real Estate has refinanced their properties in Cambridge for $70.18 million. All of the properties were recently acquired (Spring 2018).
They include:
10 Wilson Road: Constructed in 1999 the site features a 75,688 square-foot, Class-B office building. The property is located within Fresh Pond Technology Park near the Alewife MBTA Red Line station and a short drive to Route 2.
40 Smith Place: The property is a 3.8-acre parcel containing a 36,405-square-foot warehouse could be suitable for a multifamily development or life science conversion. Located within Fresh Pond Technology Park the site is near the Alewife MBTA Red Line station and a short drive to Route 2.
Additional parcels of land included are 15 Wilson Rd, 55 Wilson Rd, 75 Moulton St, and 75 Smith Pl which contains a 24,056 square-foot 1 story warehouse built in 1971.
