Jade Boynton Beach Planned For Possible Construction Summer 2023
The almost 40-acre mixed-use Japanese style development will offer Boyton Beach over 400 multi-family homes and more than 250,000 square feet of office, recreational, and commercial space. Plans include two parts - Maya Residential and Aya Village. Maya Residential will bring an 8,300-square-foot clubhouse and a 5,000-square-foot-plus fitness center. The community also offers two swimming pools, an active pond, agrihood, a farmers’ market, and a fruit stand. Aya Village will feature an organic food store, a 20,000-square-foot wellness and fitness center and a 25,000-square-foot recreational facility. Construction is hoping to start by next summer with construction complete by late 2024 -2025.
