Jair Lynch Host Virtual Ground Breaking for 218 Vine

Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners hosted a virtual groundbreaking earlier today for their upcoming mixed-use project at 218 Vine Street. The new 5-story building will offer 129 affordable senior housing units. Housing Up is also involved in the project and they will provide education, health, employment, and community building services on-site for residents.
