JBG Smith Files Preliminary Plans for 650 Units on Crystal City Hotel Site

JBG Smith has submitted early-stage plans for a 20-story mixed-use tower on the site of the Americana Hotel in Crystal City. The developer acquired the property in December 2020 for $45M. Now plans call for 650 residential units over ground floor retail with 325 parking spaces.
