Joint Venture Pays $104M for 650k+ SF Office Depot HQ Building in Boca Raton, Fl
A Boca Raton-based full-service private equity real estate company and an Aventura-based real estate investment firm have partnered up to acquire the Office Depot HQ building at 6600 N Military Train in Boca Raton, Fl. The 4-story office building was built in 2008 and offers 651,265 square feet of space. The duo paid $104M for the building that sits on a 29-acre site that overlooks the Broken Sound Country Club’s golf course in the Park at Broken Sound. The team has plans to implement “a substantial capital improvements program to upgrade the Office Depot campus,” according to a statement from the joint venture.
