Katz & Associates Selected to Spearhead Retail Leasing for The Park Miramar, A New Upscale Mixed-Use Community (+/- 125 Acres) in Miramar, Florida

 

 

Katz & Associates’ Jennifer Houston, Jon Cashion, and Daniel Solomon Seeking Tenants for 325,000 Square Feet of Retail Space Including Stores, Restaurants, Grocer, and Entertainment

 

Sunbeam Development Corporation has selected Katz & Associates for retail leasing of The Park Miramar, a new, upscale mixed-use community in Miramar, Florida. The +/- 125.65-acre community, located at the northeast corner of Miramar Parkway and Red Road, will feature:

 

325,000 square feet of retail space including: an anchor grocer at the southwest corner, retail stores and restaurants, and entertainment,

 

2,825 residential units,

 

100,000+ square feet of Class A office space,

 

185 key boutique hotel with a rooftop bar, and meeting and banquet space

 

7,500 parking spaces onsite

 

Katz’s Jennifer Houston, Jon Cashion, and Daniel Solomon, CCIM, are seeking tenants: grocery store, entertainment, high-end retail, and all types of restaurant concepts. The retail component of the community is slated to open in 2026.
