Large Commercial Mixed-Use Development Coming to Montclair
Plans have been revealed for a 6-story, commercial mixed-use development, which will eventually rise at 641 Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair, New Jersey.
Developed by and to be known as "The Iris", the building will contain square feet of office space, and square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for a large, enclosed parking garage, with enough room for 277 vehicles. The Iris will be marketed by JLL.
Designed by , the structure will total square feet. Several low-rise buildings will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development. The site plan for the project hasn't been approved just yet, but construction is estimated to begin approximately 18 months after that occurs.
