Lavish Residential Development Planned in Pompano Beach, Fl
Developers have announced plans for a 9-story residential building called,Salato. Salato will feature 40 ultra luxurious residential units including 6 penthouses. The project will include a 20,000 square foot amenity deck offering an ocean-view pool and spa with a separate wet deck and loungers, a poolside lounge suite with a bar and private wine lockers, dry saunas and steam showers, a massage room, state-of-the-art fitness center, an owner’s lounge with juice and nutrition bar, plus event room with a private catering kitchen. Salato will be located at at 305 Briny Ave in Pompano Beach just 100 feet from the oceanfront.
Construction is scheduled to start in mid 2023 and finish in 2025.
