"We take great pride in building thoughtful, high-quality residences that reflect the needs of our diverse, vibrant communities, and 1775 Biscayne is no exception,” said Anthony Tortora, Senior Vice President and Principal at LCOR. “As our first ground-up development in Florida, 1775 Biscayne marks a significant milestone in LCOR’s geographical expansion. We look forward to bringing the building to life, becoming part of the Miami community and further expanding our footprint in the Southeast.”

The tower will consist of studio, one- two- and three-bedroom homes. Uniquely situated one block from Margaret Pace Park along Biscayne Bay and walking distance to the Metromover and Brightline, the homes will provide residents with unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami, as well as easy access to public transportation and ample parking.

Amenity spaces are expected to include a rooftop pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, various tenant lounges and co-working spaces, a gaming area and WiFi throughout.

The Project is being designed by ODP Architects. The unique garage screen was designed by Camber Studio and is composed of custom cement breeze blocks. KAS is designing the interiors, including the amenity spaces, lobby and apartments. Owner and Founder, Karen Asprea, expanded her New York-based studio into Miami in 2022 to meet the growing demand in the market and of her clients, such as LCOR. Construction is expected to begin in Q2 2024.

LCOR purchased the property in 2022 and will be the firm’s first ground-up development in Florida. The Company also has ownership interests in luxury rentals Lincoln Pointe in Aventura and Tortuga Pointe in St. Petersburg. With a strong focus on institutional-quality projects, LCOR has a nearly 50-year history of building, owning and operating exceptional developments that redefine urban living.
