Legacy at Oriole Road Complete
Developer Stonemont Financial Group has announced that construction is officially complete at Legacy at Oriole Road. The industrial park in Fort Myers will include two 250,000-square foot, 32-foot clear high buildings on over 34 acres. Each building will include 60 dock doors, 72 trailer parking stalls and 280 car parking spaces. The industrial park provides easy access to I-75 and Route 41.
