Lenox Hill Mixed-Use Building Snagged for $43.25M
Chetrit Group has just sold a 4-story mixed-use building in Manhattan's Lenox Hill neighborhood for $43.25 million. Located at 1231 3rd Avenue, the property was scooped up by Premier Equities, with Galaxy Capital brokering the deal. The building was originally constructed in 1930 and totals 41,729 square feet. It contains 34 apartment units and features two commercial storefronts on the ground floor with around 15,000 square feet of retail space. Positioned desirably on the Upper East Side, the building fits right in with Lenox Hill's affluent aesthetic, luxury residences, and high-end shopping boutiques.
